His latest book, Litigation Obstruction: Breaking Through will be available in 2024. Mark concentrates his practice on serious injury and wrongful death cases with a focus on the representation of victims in nursing home abuse and neglect cases.
Tune in to hear Dan and Mark talk about Mark’s journey to becoming a lawyer and what he has learned in over 44 years of practice, including what Mark considers to be the top three qualities of a great trial lawyer.
